Like many of you, we’ve been doing a lot of listening and learning over the last several weeks. The sometimes uncomfortable, honest and self-reflecting conversations around race relations and social injustice have made us question our own actions (and inaction) to help shift change and best use the WestEdge platform to foster diversity and inclusion within the design community.
Last week, The Black Interior Designers Network unveiled a campaign to encourage outreach and action, including a list of ways we can all become better allies to our Black design community. We support the BIDN and encourage our peers to do the same.
