  • October 26: Deadline to enter the IIDA Product and Booth Awards Competition
  • Ongoing. Share product imagery with our team so we can help promote your involvement (we encourage product and/or environmental shots and suggest 5-10 images). Those can be sent to Megan@WestEdgeDesignFair.com directly.

Here you’ll find all the information to help plan your booth, register your staff, promote your participation and get the maximum visibility at WestEdge 2023.

Any staff working the booth must register for an Exhibitor Badge. Registering here is also a great way to ensure those on your team involved with WestEdge planning are receiving relevant exhibitor communications. Credentials will be checked at the box office and exhibitors may begin picking up badges on Wednesday, November 15.

We have negotiated special rates at the Marina Del Rey Hotel. Rates are available from November 12-20 and start at $229 plus taxes and parking based on availability (deadline to book is October 1)

Exhibitor promotion is one of the most effective ways to guarantee your target client(s) come see you at the fair. We have created banner ads and social media graphics you can easily download (and customize) to help you promote your involvement. Tag @WestEdgeDesign so we can reshare your news.

MEKKY Media Relations will be handling our PR for the fair. We are collecting information for use before, during and after the fair to further communicate marketing and press initiatives to national and regional media outlets (both print and digital). Please take a few minutes to complete the online questionnaire ASAP (no later than by September 30). Event Capture has been contracted to manage LEAD Retrieval. They can provide both software for your mobile device(s) and/or scanning devices to rent. The early-bird deadline to lock in best pricing is September 18. CLICK HERE to order.

The International Interior Design Association (IIDA) is teaming up with WestEdge Design Fair to launch two new design competitions. Exhibitors can enter now for product awards or booth awards.

Renowned IIDA design professionals will evaluate product and booth entrants and honor winners in a variety of product categories. Winners will be revealed at the on-site winner’s celebration. See entry details here.
