  • Opening Night Party (Thursday)  $135 advance, $150 after October 5

Every ticket includes full access to the show floor, the outdoor WestEdgeXTERIORS areas, all feature areas and installations, and all Main Stage panel talks. Nothing on the program costs extra.

Is WestEdge open to the public, or is it trade only?

Both. WestEdge is open to the public Friday and Saturday, and roughly a third of our attendees are design-loving consumers. The other two thirds are trade professionals and press.

I’m a design professional. Do I still pay the regular ticket price?

Interior designers, architects, landscape designers, set decorators, and other qualified trade professionals receive complimentary daytime admission Friday to Saturday with valid credentials and advance registration.

Register here before the pre-registration deadline of October 23. After that date, regular ticket prices apply.

I’m a design student. Do you have any special offers?

Yes. Design students receive complimentary daytime admission with a valid student ID and advance registration, same as our trade professionals. Register in the Trade category and upload your student ID.

We also encourage students to look at Rising Design™, our program elevating the next generation of interior designers. The live finale takes place at the show.

I’m rebuilding after the California wildfires. Is there anything at the show for me?

Yes. Plan time in the Team Palisades Rebuild Connect Zone, our outdoor area built specifically to connect homeowners with the products, professionals, and resources involved in rebuilding.

Can I get a receipt for my ticket? Who do I contact with ticketing questions?

Your confirmation email doubles as your receipt. If it did not arrive, check your spam folder first, then contact our registration partner at info@globalregsolutions.com for anything related to orders, receipts, name changes, or login trouble.

For questions about the show itself rather than your order, email info@westedgedesignfair.com.

Please note that all ticket purchases are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges.

Can I leave and come back the same day?

Yes. Hold onto your badge and you can re-enter at any point that day.

Getting There

Where is WestEdge held?

Barker Hangar, 3021 Airport Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90405, at the Santa Monica Airport. We are about two miles from both the 10 and the 405.

What is the parking situation at Barker Hangar?

On-site parking at the airport is $20 per vehicle, cash or card, and it is limited. It does fill up, particularly Saturday midday.

We strongly encourage rideshare or transit if either works for you. If you are driving, give yourself an extra 20 to 30 minutes, especially on Saturday.

Where do rideshares drop off?

Enter 3027 Airport Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90405 in your app. The Santa Monica Airport confuses GPS, and this is the address that puts you at our entrance rather than somewhere across the airfield.

Can I get there on public transit?

Yes. Take the Metro E Line to Expo/Bundy Station, then Big Blue Bus Route 14 southbound on Bundy, which is a short walk from the station. Big Blue Bus Route 8 also stops at Ocean Park & Bundy, about a 12-minute walk from the hangar.

Is there accessible parking, and is the venue wheelchair accessible?

Yes to both. Accessible parking is available near the entrance with a valid DP placard or plate, and spaces are limited. The hangar floor is level throughout with no stairs between areas, and accessible restrooms are available.

If you need anything specific to attend comfortably, email info@westedgedesignfair.com before the show and we will make arrangements.

Do you have a hotel block?

Yes, two.

  • Fairmont Miramar Hotel & Bungalows  Our featured partner hotel, at the WestEdge rate of $325 per night plus tax. 101 Wilshire Blvd, Santa Monica.
  • Hyatt Centric Delfina Santa Monica  A courtesy room block at $249 per night plus tax, available October 26 through November 1. The destination fee is waived and overnight valet is discounted to $35 per car per night. Book by October 9.

Booking links for both are on our Travel page.

At the Show

Can I bring kids? Is WestEdge kid-friendly?

Absolutely. WestEdge is a family-friendly event, and plenty of our attendees make a Saturday of it. The outdoor tarmac areas give kids room to move, and there is food on site.

A few things worth knowing: the show floor gets busy, and much of what is on display is fragile, one-of-a-kind, or for sale. Children need to stay with an adult at all times. Strollers are welcome.

Do children need a ticket?

Children under 12 are admitted free with a ticketed adult. Ages 12 and up require a regular ticket.

Can I bring my dog?

Yes. Leashed, well-behaved dogs are welcome at WestEdge, indoors and out. Please keep your dog on a short leash and with you at all times, clean up after them, and be mindful that the floor is crowded and full of furniture and product that is for sale.

Do you have a coat or luggage check?

We do not have a coat or luggage check this year, so please plan accordingly. If you are coming from the airport or heading out right after, arrange to store bags at your hotel. Large suitcases and rolling bags cannot be accommodated on the show floor.

Is there food available on-site?

Yes. There is food and drink throughout the show, indoors and on the outdoor tarmac, including our bar program. You are welcome to come hungry and make a proper afternoon of it.

What should I wear, and what should I bring?

Comfortable shoes. People do dress up for our Opening Night Party, but otherwise the fair is casual and comfortable.

A meaningful part of the show is outdoors on the tarmac, so dress for late-October weather in Santa Monica, which can mean sun at midday and a real chill by early evening. A layer is a good idea.

Can I take photos?

Yes, personal photography is welcome and encouraged. Tag us at @westedgedesignfair. Professional shoots, tripods, and commercial filming require press credentials or advance approval. Some exhibitors show unreleased product and may ask you not to photograph a specific piece, so please respect that if you are asked.

By attending, you consent to being photographed or filmed by WestEdge and our media partners for promotional use.

Programming

What panel talks are included in the ticket price, and where do I see the schedule?

All Main Stage panel talks are included with any daytime ticket. There is no separate fee and no separate ticket. Seating is first come, first served, so arrive a few minutes early for the sessions you care about most.

The full schedule, with speakers and times, is posted on our Main Stage page and in the show guide you receive at the door.

What else is happening besides the exhibitor floor?

Quite a lot. Alongside 150 exhibiting brands you will find the Connoisseurs’ Club, the Rising Design™ live finale, the IIDA Awards, the Team Palisades Rebuild Connect Zone, WestEdgeXTERIORS on the tarmac, culinary programming, live demos, book signings, and installations throughout.

Details are on our Feature Areas & Highlights page.

Shopping

Are there things available for purchase at the show?

Yes. Many of our exhibitors sell directly at the fair, from art and accessories to furniture and lighting. Others take orders at the show for delivery later, and some are showroom or trade-only brands showing product rather than selling on the floor. It varies by booth, so ask.

Can I take my purchase home the same day?

Smaller items, usually yes. Furniture and larger pieces are almost always arranged directly with the exhibitor for delivery or shipping, and terms, timing, and cost are set by them, not by WestEdge. If you buy something large, get the exhibitor’s contact details before you leave the booth.
