2020 WestEdge Programming Submission Form

Thank you for your interest in being a speaker at WestEdge Design Fair 2020.

If you have an interesting program idea, we invite you to submit it with this Call for Presentations Form here. Our deadline to submit is April 30, 2020.

The Evaluation Process
Members of the Program Advisory Committee evaluate all proposed programs based on the following criteria: overall quality, relevance to the industry, well-defined focus, timeliness of the topic and speaker qualifications.

To be considered as a speaker, your program must be educational in nature — that is, sales presentations will not be accepted. Final program selections and notifications will be made in June.

Program Guidelines
Please note our programming schedule includes sessions for both the design trade Friday (October 23) and homeowner/consumer audience (Saturday-Sunday, October 24-25) so please clearly indicate which audience your program suits. Programs should be no longer than one hour, including a brief session for question and answer. Programs should not consist of more than four speakers plus moderator.

While we have found that panel discussions with several presenters work very well, we are also open to one-on-one discussions where appropriate. In the case of a panel, you can either provide the name of your suggested moderator or request our support in coordinating one of our media partners as a moderator.

WestEdge does not pay speaker honorariums. If travel is necessary, one night’s hotel accommodations may be arranged for those eligible speakers selected to present. No travel or hotel expenses will be paid for speakers currently employed by manufacturers/exhibitors or members of the Press.
